WILLIAM RUSH OF
NEAR CENTERTOWN
DIES AT HIS HOME

William Rush, 44, died at his
home near Centertown yesterday
after a lingering illness of tuber-
culosis.

Rush was born in Miller County
and came to Cole County ten years
ago. He settled on a farm near

Centertown and has made his home
there since that time. Besides the
bereaved widow he is mourned by
nine children. His father, Oliver
Rush of Jefferson City, and three
brothers, Oscar of Oklahoma, Louis
and E. A. Rush of Jefferson City
also survive him.

The funeral will take place to-
morrow afternoon at 1:30 at the
Rush Creek Church in Miller coun-
ty, and burial will be in the church
yard there.

Rush had a wide acquaintance in
Jefferson City, where he frequently
visited with members of his family.
